Returns are accepted for Store Credit only!
We will email you an E-Gift Card within 3-7 business days of the delivery of your return. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store credit does NOT include any paid shipping costs. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed first.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit does not expire.

    How do I start a return?
    Click on "Start a Return" and enter your email address in the box. Once you enter your email address, a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Please then select the eligible items you would like to return. Packing slip must be included in the returned package. Place the packing slip in the order and ship back to us! Tip: use the original packaging to return your item(s). Please ensure that ALL APPROVED ITEMS listed on the packing slip are included in the SAME package.

        The packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for Return and will not be calculated in your store credit.

        Additional Return Details
              • Returns are accepted for store credit only!
              • All returns must be returned within 30 days from purchase.
              • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) purchased and does not include shipping.
              • Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
              • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.
              • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/ odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
              • We do not offer exchanges, as our items have limited quantities.
              • Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Dryft Gyfts Boutique would pay for the returned shipping.
              • Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
              • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit.
              • Store credits do not expire.
              • We do not cover Return Shipping for APO Addresses and PO Box addresses.
              • Dryft Gyfts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us now within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
